Return and Refund Policy
Alpha Computer BD is working as a retail and service provider. Some products and services have specific return/refund terms:
- Hardware products with a manufacturer warranty follow the respective brand's warranty policy.
- Software licenses and digital services are non-returnable and non-refundable once activated.
- Service charges and installation fees are non-refundable.
- For physical goods, returns must be made within 7 days of purchase in original, unopened packaging.
Note: Certain products may be marked as non-return & non-refundable at the time of purchase.
